WHO WE ARE
Carolina Hydraulic Hose is a local, family owned company. Opened primarily as a hose shop in 2006, there was such a high demand for cylinder rebuilds in the area, we quickly expanded to meet that demand. We now rebuild cylinders, pumps and valves in addition to making custom hose assemblies while you wait. Our variety is what makes us unique. Whether your equipment has worn hoses, leaking cylinders, a defective hydraulic pump, a leaking control valve or anything else, we can fix it. We truly are “Your One Stop Hydraulic Shop”!

SERVICES
HOSES & FITTINGS
We make hose assemblies for every machine on the market. We understand what down time means to a company, and have spent the last 15 years growing our inventory based on customer needs. We stock Metric, British and Standard crimp on fittings as well as hundreds of adaptors. If we don’t have exactly what you need, we can adapt a few to keep your equipment working and your jobsite moving while we order the right one.
CYLINDERS AND VALVES
We completely rebuild cylinders, no cylinder is too small or large for us to handle. We aren’t tied to a model and serial number, like dealers are. Our technician can measure up your seals based on the cylinder, no serial number needed! If your rod needs to be re-chromed or made new, we can take care of that for you too. We also rebuild valves. We offer quick turnaround on our work, most cylinders being rebuilt within a day.
CUSTOM SEAL KITS
Rebuilding your own cylinder and just need the seals? Bring your gland and piston to us to have a custom seal kit made up. Have an old tractor that the dealer no longer offers seals for? Bring it to us! Can’t afford to pay for a seal kit from the dealer that costs almost as much as the machine? Bring it to us! Too far away to bring it in? Ship it to us!
FIELD SERVICE
We offer in the field repairs on hoses. Have a hose that’s too hard to get off or can’t move the machine because of a broken hose? Give us a call; we make hoses up on the spot. Our field truck is equipped with hoses and fittings, we can make them up on site, lowering downtime.

Carolina Hydraulic Hose has been in Conway since 2006. We make custom hoses, rebuild cylinders and build custom seal kits on site. We are proud to be in and of the community we serve. Our motto, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way” means we strive to never tell a customer we can’t do something. It isn’t just a business based on model and serial numbers, but a business built on knowledge, experience and wanting to help people keep their equipment, whether brand new or passed down through generations, up and running.
